All custom designs start with an idea — a concept. Perhaps you have seen a jersey that you like and want to adopt its design? Or you have an idea and you want to create a design from scratch —either option is our specialty.

Merino jerseys speak to the Golden Era of cycling, a time when there were no cut-and-sew, sublimated kits. We’re talking old school — script typefaces, hand-hewn letters, etc. Look up the Classic teams and the riders who rode for them: Anquetil, Coppi, Bartali, Gaul and Merckx. Whether you want your jersey to have a "period" look or want to modify your existing brand, there is nothing quite like seeing it executed in the old style.
A few tips...
Unlike sublimated kits, embellishing a Merino jersey has a few constraints:
- Chest and Back embroidery width cannot exceed 11.5 inches
- Embroidery cannot cross over seams, pockets or placket (the area containing the zipper)
- Collars/Cuffs cannot be embroidered as it limits the stretch
